Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the Intelsoft Metal Tech website, place orders, and contact us. The data controller is Intelsoft Metal Tech. Contact email for questions about personal data processing and protection: intelsoft.kyiv@gmail.com. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
2. What data we collect
When you place an order, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, delivery details, and order information. If you contact us, order custom engraving, or leave a review, we also process the information you provide in the relevant form, correspondence, or personalization materials. Please do not include personal data that isn’t necessary to fulfil your request.
3. Why we use your data
We process personal data to: place, confirm, and fulfil orders; produce personalized items and arrange delivery; communicate with you about orders and inquiries; handle returns, warranty claims, and complaints; meet legally required record-keeping obligations. The legal grounds for processing are entering into and performing a contract, actions taken at your request before entering into a contract, and compliance with statutory obligations. Where a separate purpose requires consent, we ask for it separately. Simply using the website is not consent to marketing mailings.
4. Data storage and security
We keep personal data for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle related inquiries, and comply with statutory document-retention periods. Once these periods end, the data is deleted or anonymized unless another lawful basis for keeping it applies. We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Employee access is limited to what’s needed for their duties.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses technical cookies and browser local storage to keep the cart working and remember your selected language — these always run. Meta Pixel marketing technology is used to measure ad performance and show ads to a relevant audience, and only activates after your consent; until then, no advertising script is loaded. Your choice is stored for 180 days — you can change it or withdraw consent using the “Cookie settings” button in the site footer. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for visit statistics and does not use cookies to track visitors.
6. Your rights and how to reach us
You have the right to receive information about how your personal data is processed and to access it, to file reasoned objections to processing, to request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of unlawfully processed data, and to exercise other rights provided by law. You may withdraw your consent to data processing. Withdrawal does not stop processing carried out on another lawful basis, including the obligation to retain documents. Delivery & payment terms
1. Delivery across Ukraine
We deliver orders across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta to any locality served by the selected carrier. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the moment of dispatch. Production and preparation time is not included in the delivery time and is agreed separately when the order is confirmed.
2. Delivery to European countries
We deliver orders from Ukraine to European countries via Nova Poshta’s international service, Nova Post. Delivery is available to the destinations Nova Post supports for the given product at the time of order. Depending on the country and carrier options, you can receive your order at a branch, a parcel locker, or at your address. We confirm delivery availability to a specific locality and the pickup method before payment. We provide the estimated international delivery time when confirming your order. It depends on the destination country, route, carrier operations, and customs clearance. Customs checks and transport restrictions may extend the delivery time.
3. Delivery cost
Delivery cost is calculated per carrier rates, based on direction, weight, dimensions, and the chosen pickup method. Additional carrier services may be charged separately. Before payment, we let you know the price of the item, the delivery cost, and how to pay for it. Unless free delivery has been agreed separately, the buyer covers the delivery cost. For corporate and bulk orders, delivery terms are agreed individually.
4. Payment methods
Payment is made after the order is confirmed: by bank transfer to the bank account using the details provided, or by cash on delivery at Nova Poshta within Ukraine — by prior agreement. For international orders, payment for the goods is made by bank transfer using the details stated on the invoice. The payment currency, amount, and procedure are agreed before payment. Cash on delivery is not available for international orders under these terms.
5. Customs charges for international delivery
Import duty, VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply when the goods enter the destination country. Whether they apply and their amount depend on the legislation of the destination country and the value and characteristics of the goods. Unless we explicitly agree at order confirmation that such charges are included in the total price and covered by the seller, the recipient pays them separately. We inform you of the applicable payment procedure before you pay for the order.
6. Packaging and receiving the order
We ship model kits in branded boxes with securing inserts to protect the parts in transit. When receiving your order, we recommend checking the packaging, completeness, and condition of the item. If you notice any damage, please notify the carrier, photograph it if possible, and contact us. This recommendation does not limit your legal rights regarding the product.

Order & return terms
1. Placing an order
Orders are placed via the website or on request (phone, email). After receiving a request, the manager confirms availability, clarifies details, and agrees on the final price including options (assembly method, engraving, delivery).
2. Production lead time
Standard orders — typically 1–3 business days. Orders with personal engraving or non-standard configuration — up to 5 business days. Corporate orders — timeline agreed separately depending on batch size.
3. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". A product of adequate quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the original appearance and packaging are intact. Products with personal engraving (made to order) are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
4. Defects and complaints
If a manufacturing defect is found — contact us within 30 days of receipt. Provide photos of the defect and a description of the issue. We will replace the defective item or issue a refund — your choice. Replacement shipping is at our cost.
5. Warranty
All models carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. Laser-cut aluminium parts have no "moral obsolescence" — they retain their shape and appearance indefinitely when stored properly.
